Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced Administrator who has advanced Microsoft Excel skills to work a 4 month temporary contract.
The Role:
- Taking inbound calls, managing emails and an admin inbox
- Scanning and managing compliance documents, adding them to the company’s custom built software
- Dealing with data from VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- 22.5 hours per week over 3 or 4 days (Office hours are 8.30am – 5pm Mon -Thurs and 8.30am – 4pm Fridays)
- £9.23 per hour
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hardworking and charismatic. Able to work on their own but ask questions where needed. Willing to hit the ground running in a busy office.
