Your New Role
Joining this business as a Receptionist, your role will be busy and varied. You will be predominantly the first point of contact in the business for any clients and will be operating the busy switchboard phone system and directing calls appropriately. For clients contacting for general queries you will deal with these quickly and efficiently. You will also manage the diary for two directors, booking meetings, conference calls and one-to-ones where appropriate. Alongside this you may be asked to support the accounts team with some general administrative tasks and credit control.
Your Experience and Our Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly experienced Receptionist who has a professional and polished appearance. Your communication skills will be second to none, both verbally and over email/written communication. You will have extensive administrative skills to include typing, data entry, producing reports and dealing with queries. You will also have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
