Job Description

The Role

You will be an experienced part-qualified accountant with good Excel skills.

You will be:

  • Assisting with the preparation of the month end and year end accounts pack
  • Preparing monthly and weekly KPI reports
  • Managing the Fixed Asset register
  • Posting journals
  • Completing National Statistic reports, VAT Returns and Gender Pay reporting.
  • Preparing pricing schedules for tenders
  • Supporting and overseeing sales and purchase ledger
  • Producing ad hoc management report
  • Providing cover for payroll/accounts staff

Start date ASAP.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should be computer literate and able to use MS Excel to advanced standard (pivot tables/vlookups as a minimum). Payroll experience would be advantageous. You should be able to start ASAP and be willing to commit to this role for a period of 6 months. Own transport is essential.
