The successful candidate will need to be able to work at a pace, be flexible in their approach to their role, and react well to the differing pressures of the day whilst proactively working as part of the team.
The ideal candidate will be personable and professional possessing excellent customer service and communications skills as the role includes liaising with clients and staff both face to face and on the telephone.
Daily responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the Director of Business with administrative tasks
· Answering the phone, addressing any issues and distributing messages.
· Assisting with HR Administrative tasks
· Assisting with day to day Accounting tasks
· Liaising with clients on a regular basis, gathering feedback and distributing this to the relevant Supervisors.
· Recording and collating data
· Working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis
