The role is extremely varied and includes the following:
· Owning the customer feedback and review programme, escalating customer feedback where required and producing monthly reports
· Downloading customer data and triggering email campaigns
· Placing & managing orders for printed materials e.g. headed paper, Point of Sale etc.
· Conducting daily & weekly compliance checks on the customer database
· Reviewing & authorizing refund and credit requests from stores
