Job Description

The role is extremely varied and includes the following:

· Owning the customer feedback and review programme, escalating customer feedback where required and producing monthly reports

· Downloading customer data and triggering email campaigns

· Placing & managing orders for printed materials e.g. headed paper, Point of Sale etc.

· Conducting daily & weekly compliance checks on the customer database

· Reviewing & authorizing refund and credit requests from stores

Schedule:

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Administration: 2 years (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· highly organized and can priorities workloads · a good communicator – both verbal and written · has a good knowledge of Excel · can produce accurate reports from our database (good knowledge of Excel required) · has good English and grammar skills · has an eye for detail
