Your new role

Number one finance role one of their plants, managing one experienced member of staff - the focus of the role is very much management accounting, reporting and business partnering for the site - reporting ultimately to an off-site FD. Wide and varied responsibilities including budgets, forecasts, investment planning, overhead reporting, purchase/price analysis and LEAN manufacturing support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be a career driven Accountant (Qualified or Finalist or QBE level) with first class communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of Excel and analysis ability, and a strong desire to succeed in a highly visible role. A natural business partner with commercial acumen. Factory-based manufacturing experience is very desirable.
