What we’re looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to deal with administrative tasks in support of our Account Managers.
You must have excellent organizational and cross functional abilities and be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The successful applicant must also be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
The role will involve providing a variety of support to the Account Managers in order to provide a resolution to escalated customer queries, manual stock ordering, carrier management, dispatch communications and finance/payment queries.
The ideal candidate will be personable and professional possessing excellent customer service and communication skills, as the role will involve interacting with customers and providing them with regular updates and query specific information.
Experience working closely with a management team ideally within a contact center environment would be desirable.
