Your new role
Working within the Property and Asset Management team you are focused on client requirements in order to maximise the value of the management process. The role will encompass all aspects of client accounting ranging from purchase ledger, credit control through to service charge accounting and applying regulations specific to the industry. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Reconciliation of rent ledgers and payment funds to clients.
Preparation of audit and VAT reports and client statements.
Variance reporting
Service charge accounts
Bank transfers
Monitoring purchase and sales ledger ensuring accuracy at all times.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Your experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You should have previous worked in a Property / Client facing accounting role ideally within a commercial environment. You should be a full or part qualified accountant with good excel skills and have the ability to analyse financial information. You should be able to work to strict deadlines and able to work as part of a team.
