Produce monthly management accounts, including a review of variances and exploring potential discrepancies
Produce a 3-year budget, prepare and present reports to budget holders
Maintain and develop costing models
Assist the auditors
Ensure appropriate financial framework in place to assist with decision making
Develop and mentor a small team
Assist with HR matters and oversee monthly payroll
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will ideally hold or be working towards a professional accountancy qualification. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are also essential.
