Job Description

The HR Administrator will support a large project of digitizing the paper HR records and files as part of a GDPR project. This will be the main focus of the role however there is opportunity to get involved in broader HR Admin activities too.

Ideally we would like someone with previous HR experience although this isn't essential. What matters most is that the person is highly organized, a whizz at admin, and can be a bit of a self-starter (happy to use their initiative and not need too much hand-holding). Essentially, we want a good egg who is keen to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

  • The digitization of paper HR records in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • Support admin activities associated with the Time & Attendance system (recording of holidays, absences, overtime, shift changes, lateness etc.)
  • Note taking in HR meetings
  • Supporting with documentation related to absence management, references, and contractual changes etc.
  • Supporting the Induction and Onboarding process
  • Assisting with internal communications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous HR experience is advantageous. Ideally be CIPD qualified or currently studying. Previous administration experience. Be highly organized, diligent and taking pride in their work.
