Job Description
- Meeting and greeting visitors and tenants with a professional friendly service.
- Handling telephone calls and managing the switchboard.
- Ensuring presentation of the reception area, meeting room and office area is of a high standard at all times.
- Diary management of meeting rooms and conference room bookings, preparation of rooms in line with client requirements and refreshments.
- Report maintenance issues directly to the maintenance department.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post & parcels, frank and distribute accordingly.
- Order beverage stocks.
- Liaising directly with tenants and helping with any general queries.
- Take responsibility for the access control system keeping all users & settings up to date.
- Processing various property fees (new fobs/keys etc).
- Arranging upgrade of internet and phone services along with troubleshooting any day to day issues, reporting to the service provider where required.
- Take responsibility for the franking system ensuring all rates & users are up to date.
- Take responsibility for the virtual office tenants and their services.
- Supervision/Liaison with the daytime cleaner to maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the day.
- Arranging connection and disconnection of Internet and Phone services.
Assist our co-working team by:
- Creating/canceling/updating access fobs for Colony members
- Processing and distributing the post
- Meeting & greeting Colony members and their visitors
- Contact Colony members directly to advise of visitors
