Job Description
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and tenants with a professional friendly service.
  • Handling telephone calls and managing the switchboard.
  • Ensuring presentation of the reception area, meeting room and office area is of a high standard at all times.
  • Diary management of meeting rooms and conference room bookings, preparation of rooms in line with client requirements and refreshments.
  • Report maintenance issues directly to the maintenance department.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post & parcels, frank and distribute accordingly.
  • Order beverage stocks.
  • Liaising directly with tenants and helping with any general queries.
  • Take responsibility for the access control system keeping all users & settings up to date.
  • Processing various property fees (new fobs/keys etc).
  • Arranging upgrade of internet and phone services along with troubleshooting any day to day issues, reporting to the service provider where required.
  • Take responsibility for the franking system ensuring all rates & users are up to date.
  • Take responsibility for the virtual office tenants and their services.
  • Supervision/Liaison with the daytime cleaner to maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Arranging connection and disconnection of Internet and Phone services.

Assist our co-working team by:

  • Creating/canceling/updating access fobs for Colony members
  • Processing and distributing the post
  • Meeting & greeting Colony members and their visitors
  • Contact Colony members directly to advise of visitors
