Job Description
Duties:
- Supporting the central business function.
- Supporting managers with performance management activity, KPI and report producing around absence, sickness, holidays.
- Accountable for on-boarding, inductions, exit interviews and return to work, dealing with all generalist HR.
- Tracking and monitoring all annual leave requests and approvals.
- Provide first line HR support/advice to the managers and employees of the business.
- Managing all employee new starter probation periods, documentation, and reporting.
- Recruitment, training, and PDP administration
- Managing office processes and procedures.
- First point of contact for all incoming calls
- Management of all visitors attending the office
- General administration duties.
- Managing office stock levels.
- Booking travel and accommodation for employees and directors.
- Supporting the fleet manager i.e. fuel cards, tracking system.
- Meeting diary management and minute taking at all management meetings.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
HR Experience (CIPD Desirable)
