Within this varied role your day to day duties will involve:
Diary management of technicians
Being the first point of call for queries
Looking after renewal contracts for customers
Scheduling work
Assisting with delivery and stock control for projects
Managing a shared mailbox and responding to customers with quotes
Reviewing project process and updating customers
Using Excel to set up spreadsheets for work carried out by technicians
Filing and office administration duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent computer skills - advanced Excel knowledge Excellent communications skills Strong attention to detail Problem solving skills Project Management qualifications (PRINCE 2) would be beneficial but not essential
