Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in the maintenance of updating fleet information and resolving queries from Management and other departments.
Day to day duties

  • To maintain up-to-date and accurate records of the fleet across the company
  • Numbering new fleet items
  • Loading new fleet across the company
  • Raising purchase orders for the new fleet
  • Liaising with depot personnel, suppliers and customers in order to obtain missing details
  • Checking details of fleet sales/disposals before sending to a director for authorisation
  • Ensuring prepayments for fleet sales and received before selling units off the system
  • Action and complete fleet sales
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports
  • Assisting with weekly audits
  • Assisting to generate EPC Certificates
