Once the successful individual completes their probationary period, they have the option to be home-based.
The Property Manager Package:
A basic salary of up to £21,000pa is on offer with a discretionary annual bonus up to £25,000 OTE and other financial incentives

Property Manager Duties:
Dealing with incoming queries from landlords and tenants both electronically and by telephone (no face to face contact)
Arranging maintenance on properties (sending out contractors etc)
Collecting quotations
Pro-actively making sure that related repairs are completed properly
General administration duties; filing, archiving, responding to emails etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have previous current experience in Residential Lettings but ideally in Property Management, Due to the location of the office, candidates MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence and their own car. Candidates MUST be fluent in I.T software such as a Microsoft Packages Candidate MUST have excellent customer-service skills, both written oral. Candidate MUST work well both as part of a team and on their own. Have a natural flare for problem solving
