Job Description
This role is responsible for contacting patients in advance of outpatient or surgical appointments to confirm attendance and in doing contribute to improve attendance on the day and/or maximize booking capacity. Liaising with Scheduling Team and Hospital Teams this role will assist in maintaining full efficient clinics including rescheduling appointments, cancelling appointments and filling new clinics
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have demonstrable experience and a proven ability to provide professional customer service. With a strong attention to detail you will be able maintaining a high level of accuracy while working in a fast pace environment. Strong verbal communication skills to engage with internal colleagues and external customers. You will be personable, confident and articulate and able to resolve problems using a sound, logical approach.
