Job Description

You should possess the below skills in order to be considered for the role;

  • Have a good understanding of the GDPR requirements and the importance of maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Effective use of IT systems. MS Word, Excel and Outlook are widely used, as is the companies bespoke database.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work within established policies and procedures to defined KPIs and SLAs.
  • Solid administrative background and experience of data entry and document checking.

Communications skills

  • The ability to write emails, letters and general correspondence in plain English, which must be factually accurate and well presented, always projecting the companies commitment to service standards.
  • Have good verbal communication skills to be able to communicate with a wide range of people.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with team members and colleagues at all levels.
