This is due to a change in the business which will require extra manpower to merge information from one system to another.
The role will have a number of key responsibilities, including:
Analyzing processes and information
Liaising with case managers internally
Look at the open cases on the system and either process the information or close the case down
Dealing with any queries as appropriate
General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying and data input
Be responsible for clearing a backlog of cases
Any other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within an Administrative position, with good computer skills. Experience working on excel and other Microsoft packages. Have a positive, "can-do" attitude. Be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to use your initiative. Be able to deal with a high volume of work and work well under pressure. If you have previous experience working on a CRM or case management system this would be highly advantageous. Good communication skills.
