Job Description

This is due to a change in the business which will require extra manpower to merge information from one system to another.
The role will have a number of key responsibilities, including:

  • Analyzing processes and information
  • Liaising with case managers internally
  • Look at the open cases on the system and either process the information or close the case down
  • Dealing with any queries as appropriate
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying and data input
  • Be responsible for clearing a backlog of cases
  • Any other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within an Administrative position, with good computer skills. Experience working on excel and other Microsoft packages. Have a positive, "can-do" attitude. Be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to use your initiative. Be able to deal with a high volume of work and work well under pressure. If you have previous experience working on a CRM or case management system this would be highly advantageous. Good communication skills.
