The successful applicant will need to work across a shift pattern in order to provide cover to our urgent care services 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
You will provide a comprehensive range of reception service and clerical duties which may include the following:
Attending to visitors to the department
Dealing with enquiries in person and over the telephone
Scanning, filing and retrieving of medical records
Entering data on the Lorenzo system
Preparing clinics
Liaising with clinical staff regarding patients
You will be a good team player, used to working on your own initiative and have a working knowledge of using a desktop PC.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have reception/ office/ clerical/customer service experience, good communication skills and a polite and helpful telephone manner. You will also have an understanding of confidentiality and the need to keep and maintain accurate records.
