Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Organizational Business Support for an Administration Team Leader. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where delivery and results really matter. You will be working to provide effective administration support to a range of customers. You will lead, supervise and co-ordinate a team of administrators and deputies for the Organizational Business Support Manager when required. You will be using a range of corporate databases and Microsoft packages on a daily basis. Helping to analyses data, review process and improve the administration function and service we provide.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, a customer focused approach and demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle demanding workloads.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and change within a dynamic environment. You will be an experienced administrator with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel) and a strong attention to detail. You will be able to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and communicate positively with service users and with internal and external stakeholders.
