Job Description

What will my duties be as a Service Contract Administrator?

  • Handle incoming calls from Customers and team of engineers
  • Passing call outs to Engineers
  • Engineers Tick sheets/Asset Lists
  • Creating Service Renewals, inputting of renewals and new service contracts onto in the in house database & following up outstanding renewals.
  • NSI/SSAIB Duties.
  • Emailing copies of report sheets to Customers.
  • To assist accounts department when required.
  • Assist in preparation of minor works quotes.
  • General office Duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Possess prior experience in a customer service role. Have strong administration skills. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be a strong team player but also have the ability to work alone. Sage experience would be beneficial but full training will be given. Excellent Excel/Word knowledge.
