What will my duties be as a Service Contract Administrator?
Handle incoming calls from Customers and team of engineers
Passing call outs to Engineers
Engineers Tick sheets/Asset Lists
Creating Service Renewals, inputting of renewals and new service contracts onto in the in house database & following up outstanding renewals.
NSI/SSAIB Duties.
Emailing copies of report sheets to Customers.
To assist accounts department when required.
Assist in preparation of minor works quotes.
General office Duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Possess prior experience in a customer service role. Have strong administration skills. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be a strong team player but also have the ability to work alone. Sage experience would be beneficial but full training will be given. Excellent Excel/Word knowledge.
