Job Description

Full training will be provided but previous experience of using a CRM or Case Management system would be advantageous.

Working as part of a team, the role will involve:

· Analyzing and processing information using a Proclaim system

· Dealing with queries by email and phone

· Updating and maintaining in-house electronic and manual systems

· Preparation of documents and correspondence
