Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic service driven individual with excellent computer skills to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an office based role providing customer service and case handling as well as other office administration duties as required. Pride in customer service with a pleasant and professional telephone manner is essential for this position whilst delivering a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is imperative. We're looking for an individual who is hard working, well organized and has excellent communication skills.

What will I be doing?

  • Ensuring the accurate logging, acknowledgement and allocation of records and cases.
  • Managing individual caseloads.
  • Speaking with medical experts and solicitors in relation to our cases.
  • Ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in terms of record keeping and Management Information (MI)
  • Supporting colleagues who are customer facing, through effective handling and management of cases
  • Dealing with inbound calls and responding to emails.
  • Providing other general administration office support functions.
  • Assisting colleagues in other areas to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What experience do I need?

  • Must have previous administration experience working within either a legal, medical, corporate environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Confidence to speak with customers/suppliers on the phone. Being able to work to targets. Good attention to detail. Computer literate and proficient in use of all Microsoft Programs. Ability to multitask in an organized manner. Good analytical skills, and able to work methodically and accurately. Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures. Self-motivation, discipline and willingness to learn. Strong and positive work ethic and attitude. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to work well under pressure and remain effective.
