This is a part-time permanent position working around 25 hours a week offering a salary between £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata depending on experience.
The focus of this position will be the day-to-day running of the accounts function within the business although being able to turn your hand to Administration and HR functions would be a huge positive. The duties and skills required for this role in Basildon are as follows:
Bookkeeping:
Day-to-day running of the accounts for the business
Payroll
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Nominal Ledger up to year end figure
VAT Returns
Bank reconciliations
Reviewing and collating financial data for year end
Administration:
Order processing onto accounting system
Supporting MD with general office admin
Dealing with all financial paperwork and filing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
