Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of public private practice experience to include the following:

• Preparation of Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts for Limited Companies, Colleges, LLPs & Charities, and submissions of tax returns to HMRC and Companies House
• VAT Returns, CIS Returns submission to HMRC
• Preparation of Accounts for sole proprietors, partnerships and CIS contractors and submissions of tax returns to HMRC and Companies House
• Bookkeeping and Payroll duties for clients
• Prepare tax computations, both personal and corporate clients
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Arranging client meetings and advising start-up of new companies
• Conversant with Sage Accounting, Sage Payroll, all Microsoft application suites and trained on QuickBooks and Xero Accounting  software

This is an office-based role and does not involve remote working. Salary is dependent on experience but likely to be in the £24-30k range.
