Your new role

A newly created role reporting to the Finance Director to enhance the commercial focus of the finance function. A broad technical and analytical role that you can make your own. Content includes analysis and reporting of many types - cashflow forecasting, FX strategy decisions, stock and works order analysis, cost accounting as well as capex forecasting, monitoring and analysis. Lots of time working with the Production Manager and his team as well as the SMT.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

First and foremost to have excellent commercial acumen along with an analytical and costing focus. To be tech savvy - experience of one of the following would be advantageous - Sage, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics. You will have top notch Excel skills. Plus be a motivated self starter, flexible to some home working, be a great communicator and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
