Details of the role are:

  • Data check, interrogation and input/update into spreadsheets
  • Data update from spreadsheet information into bespoke software
  • Creation of bespoke software events in line with information
  • provided from spreadsheet information
  • Processing information/documentation requests
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Dealing with visitors - organizing meetings and rooms, refreshments etc
  • Stationery Ordering
  • Interrogating/investigating data and reporting outcomes, solution
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • IT competent/confident
  • Resilient and resourceful
