The FINANCE MANAGER will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of multiple companies within the organisation. as well as overseeing the transactional teams daily processing and assisting with management reporting.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Review and oversee the transactional teams daily processing, ensuring accurate and timely records
Prepare and submit the VAT returns for the relevant group companies
Review and assist with payment runs throughout the group
Ensure best processing practices are carried out throughout the finance functions
Create monthly management reports for the individual entities
Assist with the creation of consolidation accounts
Create ad-hoc reports to assist management with decision making processes
Create year end accounts for the individual entities and liaise with external accountants
Liaise with the management teams to assist with cash flow and budget preparations on a regular basis
Assist with specific project budgeting including tenders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic knowledge and understanding of the medical industry preferred, but not essential Highly computer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Excel AAT Level 4 or above required 4+ years finance experience Experience in industry role preferred Experience in Sage 200 software
