Job Description

As our HR and Recruitment Administrator you will be part of a small, but busy office, working towards competency frameworks to ensure good practice is delivered internally and externally. The HR Administrator reporting to the HR Recruitment Coordinator will provide various duties to all business areas and will include recruitment, handling a range of queries from managers and members of staff, providing general administrative support to the HR team and senior management team and supporting wider HR projects.

Responsibilities of our HR and Recruitment Administrator include:

  • Supporting operational managers offering value-added HR administrative duties.
  • Liaising with external agencies.
  • Working alongside the HR Recruitment Coordinator supporting wider HR projects.
  • Administering all stages of recruitment within the Safer Recruitment Legislation.
  • Meeting and greeting external guests.
  • Maintaining HR staff files and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensuring an efficient, timely and innovative HR service offering is delivered at all times.
  • Organization and delivery of induction programmes.
  • Creating KPI reports
  • Working collaboratively and gain expert credibility at all levels across Halliwell creating an environment thriving on innovation and change to maximize organizational performances.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working as an Administrator supporting areas of business in a fast paced environment (HR preferably). Able to work under pressure and able to balance conflicting workloads. Willingness to commit to complete any relevant training. Excellent attention to detail with exceptional communication skills.
