Job Description

The role provides both clerical and administrative support to service engineers and management. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses. Duties include but limited to:

Written and oral communication skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Access database and typing would be advantageous. Good organisational skills, goods receipting, stocktaking, and arranging deliveries. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSE or equivalent (Required)
