With full training you will be responsible for monitoring the status of customer online orders, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for the fulfillment process including pick, pack and dispatch.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 month jewelry related experience, will possess strong excel skills and be a confident communicator.

The Role

• Using excel and our in-house stock management software to process daily orders.

• Monitor the fulfillment critical order path and manage any production updates, ensuring swift communication with our workshop and customer service team.

• Fulfillment pick, pack and dispatch.

• Communicate delivery timescales with customers.

• Quality checking products.

• Inspect and process customer returns.

• Supporting the customer service team as and when required.

• With full training become an expert in all Lily Arkwright jewelry and be able to confidently advise each style and have a thorough knowledge of the brand.

• Additional projects and tasks across the business as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills. One year’s jewelry related experience, either in a retail store similar role or education. Ability to work well in a team environment (preferred). A professional and positive approach at all times.
