We are looking for an experienced administrator with a willing and flexible attitude to support our HR Department. The ideal candidate will provide effective and professional administrative support and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a willingness to work with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
Candidates must have worked in a similar administrative role, ideally gained within a HR environment and have excellent IT skills, with a good working knowledge of common Microsoft Office packages, such as Word and Excel.
Key Accountabilities:
· Completing starter and leavers administration
· Complete HR inductions in the absence of the HR advisors
· Maintaining sickness records for monthly and weekly paid employees
· Completing retirement paperwork for all employees
· Updating monthly attendance bonus administration
· Organizing 25 and 40 year awards
· Arrange occupational health appointments and update the access database
· Arrange annual calibration of occupational health equipment
· Issue swipe cards using IDpro software
· Request DBS checks
· Maintain proximity card records
· Update training plan in line with performance reviews and arrange training
· Complete driving license checks
· Maintain holiday entitlement system
· Reception lunch cover
· Time and attendance system admin
