Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, confident and motivated individual to join our team and be a key part of our business success as we continue to grow. Working within the Existing Business Team you are play a key part within the company, keeping it running smoothly and efficiently.

You should have a solid work history within office administration with a good eye for detail.

Duties within the role will include:

  • Liaising with insurers prior to renewal to obtain renewal terms for existing customers.
  • Accurate data entry of renewal information into internal CRMS system.
  • Responsible for renewal correspondence, using MS Office and mail merge facilities.
  • Support for Customers Services team with answering customer queries
  • General administration duties within the Customer Services Department

The role will ideally suit an individual who is seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic growing business and is looking to develop their skills in order to forward their career.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

You will be working in a vibrant environment and enjoy working in a sales focused team and want to be part of a rewarding business and progress within it.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accurate with good attention to detail. An ability to pick up and understand systems and processes easily. Methodical and organized. Be able to take responsibility for your tasks and deliver to deadlines without prompting. Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing. A good team player. Computer literacy and excellent numeracy skills. Focused. Show initiative.
