This is a varied role where the successful candidate will be involved in several areas of the business covering a range of administrative duties relating to all patient services, specifically occupational health and corporate services.
The ideal applicant will have experience from working in a similar role with strong administrative and organizational skills and be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision. · High school education. · Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, also within our internal departments. · Ability to work in a fast pace environment with strong attention to detail. · Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people. · Ability to adjust and to manage one’s own time. · High level of organizational skills. · Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches. · Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking. · Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments. · Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism. · Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
