As Lettings Administrator, you will provide vital support to the lettings management team. Responsibilities
- Selling our services to potential landlords
- Update systems with new properties and landlords
- Prepare property brochures and arrange for publication on website
- Make use of social media to advertise properties
- Using a variety of software to Create and maintain Company documentation and images
- Create formal Company letters to communicate with our landlords and tennants
- Arrange appointments for property inspectors
- Liaise with utility companies for incoming and outgoing tenancies
- Provide a range of other general office administration responsibilities, and occasional front desk cover
The Candidate

- You have experience of working in a similar sales role for at least 12 months
- Even better if you have worked in an Estate Agents or lettings business
