Job Description

As Lettings Administrator, you will provide vital support to the lettings management team. Our success is reliant upon your success and contribution, so we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated individual who wants the opportunity to actively participate in developing our business. Responsibilities

  • Selling our services to potential landlords
  • Update systems with new properties and landlords
  • Prepare property brochures and arrange for publication on website
  • Make use of social media to advertise properties
  • Using a variety of software to Create and maintain Company documentation and images
  • Create formal Company letters to communicate with our landlords and tennants
  • Arrange appointments for property inspectors
  • Liaise with utility companies for incoming and outgoing tenancies
  • Provide a range of other general office administration responsibilities, and occasional front desk cover

The Candidate

We would love to hear from you, if:

  • You have experience of working in a similar sales role for at least 12 months
  • Even better if you have worked in an Estate Agents or lettings business
  • You are keen to join a successful and growing business.
  • You are looking for a challenging role which moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same!
  • You can think on your feet and great at multi-tasking

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong IT/software skills. Audio typing experience. Proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer focus. High levels of professionalism. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Reliable and Good time-keeper. High accuracy and attention to detail.
