Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Administration Assistant / Receptionist who will be the initial point of contact to the school.

The role will involve working on a very busy reception, welcoming visitors to the school, taking phone calls, messages and responding to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries from parents, staff, students, outside agencies and the public.

In addition, you will provide support to the admin office being involved in a variety of other tasks such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and ordering stock, in addition to other general administrative duties as directed by the Office Manager/Bursar.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills and a “can do” attitude is essential.
