Job Description

Duties:

  • Supporting the central business function.
  • Supporting managers with performance management activity, KPI and report producing around absence, sickness, holidays.
  • Accountable for on-boarding, inductions, exit interviews and return to work, dealing with all generalist HR.
  • Tracking and monitoring all annual leave requests and approvals.
  • Provide first line HR support/advice to the managers and employees of the business.
  • Managing all employee new starter probation periods, documentation, and reporting.
  • Recruitment, training, and PDP administration
  • Managing office processes and procedures.
  • First point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Management of all visitors attending the office
  • General administration duties.
  • Managing office stock levels.
  • Booking travel and accommodation for employees and directors.
  • Supporting the fleet manager i.e. fuel cards, tracking system.
  • Meeting diary management and minute taking at all management meetings.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· HR Experience (CIPD Desirable). · Customer Service. · Strong Administration and multi-tasking. · Able to work under pressure.
