Job Description

You will be required to:

  • Work Monday – Friday
  • Previous experience working in a Transport or Warehouse environment preferable
  • Day shifts 08:00 – 17:15
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Work in a professional manner
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Be prepared to undertake site inductions and training.

  • 1 hour lunch (unpaid)

  • Regular ongoing work

Main Tasks:

  • Taking orders over the phone, accurately inputting those orders onto a system
  • Editing orders
  • Booking transport for pallet deliveries
  • Taking payments from customers on a system/card machine
  • Managing customer problems and resolving
  • Calling customers to take order / advise of promotions etc
  • Face to face dealing with customers over the Trade Counter
  • Liaising with warehouse team to facilitate order completion
  • Managing emails (internal and external)
  • Printing produce labels for production teams
  • Learning quickly about the product
