Job Description
You will be required to:
- Work Monday – Friday
- Previous experience working in a Transport or Warehouse environment preferable
- Day shifts 08:00 – 17:15
- Possess excellent organisational skills
- Work in a professional manner
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask
- Attention to detail
- Be prepared to undertake site inductions and training.

Main Tasks:
- Taking orders over the phone, accurately inputting those orders onto a system
- Editing orders
- Booking transport for pallet deliveries
- Taking payments from customers on a system/card machine
- Managing customer problems and resolving
- Calling customers to take order / advise of promotions etc
- Face to face dealing with customers over the Trade Counter
- Liaising with warehouse team to facilitate order completion
- Managing emails (internal and external)
- Printing produce labels for production teams
- Learning quickly about the product
