Working on site at our client's depot you will be at the heart of the day to day operations, enabling you to resolve customer queries in real time. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for
Prioritising workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries via the CRM system.
Actively managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
Conducting thorough investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
Inputting and updating Data on Excel workbooks
Adhere to company compliance and escalate any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
In return our client offers:
An hourly rate of £8.72p/h
Ongoing temporary work for approximately 12 weeks
Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working
You must be happy to be based on site in the depot in a safe working environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Fluent in written and spoken English Be adaptable to change and new systems Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting. Have access to the internet at home should Covid-19 guidance require home working at any time.
