Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator or a strong administrator looking to gain knowledge and experience.

Main duties:

  • Handling a variety of queries from current customers and end users
  • Communicating clearly with colleagues when processing queries
  • Develop and maximise potential sales leads received by email and telephone
  • Acquiring POD's
  • Providing and administrating Certificates of Shipment
  • To act as an Internal Account Manager for specific accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have previous experience in a similar role Have previous Export experience (Advantageous)  Have good MS Office skills Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
