Job Description

THE JOB:

  • General reception duties including taking incoming calls, divert to the appropriate department and dealing with customers on a day to day basis.
  • Administration support processing customer returns and general administration support.

THE BENEFITS:

  • Hours of work Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
  • Immediate start.
  • 35 hours a week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a receptionist role essential. SAP Business 1 experience preferred. Confident telephone manner. Able to work to their own initiative. Conversant with Microsoft word and excel Ability to respond to changing demands Customer focused Responsive and inquisitive
