Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Create manufacturing job cards for all new orders
  • Produce Operation & Maintenance manuals for all completed projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and update live project Smartsheet, ensuring all details are kept accurate and in accordance with Production and Projects
  • Coordination of UK couriers & transportation where required and producing collection/delivery notes
  • Book all hotel, train and flight needs for the company
  • File and maintain records of bookings
  • Coordinate business requirements with Project engineers
  • Check and confirm/verify new project information from accounts/proposals
  • Liaise with clients to obtain site contact details and ascertain site - specific information
  • Liaise with engineers to book visits into their diaries
  • Work closely with the senior management, clients and distributors/partner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong administration experience Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make relevant decisions Working to deadlines Excellent organisation and time management skills Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Microsoft Office experience Working within a manufacturing or industrial sector is desirable but not essential
