Job Description

The role will work for a well-established, successful and busy mortgage brokers and whose main role will be to efficiently manage, process and finalise mortgage applications through a large network of lenders.
The main responsibilities will include:
*Providing a smooth and professional end to end service for clients
*Supporting the ongoing needs of the Mortgage Advisors
*Chasing banks, building societies and solicitors for updates on pending applications via email or telephone
*Entering data, logging progress and flagging required actions to relevant members where necessary

40 Hours per week and the role will be office based with social distancing measures in place.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will be confident and have an excellent telephone manner and will ideally have some experience in mortgage or application administration such as bank, insurance or similar would be a distinct advantage. You will possess excellent attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and problem solve. You will be computer literate, have experience with Excel and ideally have some knowledge of working with software programs and data entry.
