Job Description

THE JOB:

Provide high level service support to both Customers and Field Sales team including order management from entry to delivery, query handling, and communication.
 

  • Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch
  • Query handling
  • Sales support - dealing with the busy Sales Email inbox
  • Liaising with internal and external customers including warehouse, finance and sales teams
  • Following up quotes with the customers and updating the status of opportunities

A highly customer focused individual with experience working in a busy office environment Extensive experience within a sales administration background Order processing experience Team player Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Oracle) Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel) Commercial awareness
