Job Description

We have never had anyone who has done anything clerical within our organization (on a permanent basis) and are seeking someone to manage and run the office.

· Manage a busy phone, following up on calls and contacts appropriately

· Take orders/bookings/payments/details from customers

· Allocating jobs to relevant operators/vehicles

· Working closely with our workshop using our maintenance program

· Processing time sheets

· Monitoring training material and making sure it is up to date

· Computer work and emails

· Ordering supplies/comparing prices

· General administrational duties


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good communication skills, both written and verbally; professional and confident telephone manner; ability to maintain strict confidentiality; ability to be able to perform under pressure; positive attitude; keen attention to detail; exceptional organization skills; reliable and dependable
