Build and retain a high quality, high performing introducer network of Mortgage Advisors, IFA’s, Accountants and Solicitors.
Negotiate and secure commercial arrangements with your network that are profitable for our business and competitive for your introducer.
Generate qualified sales leads over the phone through your network of introducers and from within our existing client bank.
Work with the advisory team to track the progress of the leads you have generated through to completion.
Seek regular feedback from the advisory team to constantly refine and improve your leads.

Has a strong understanding of finance products including bridging, development and second charge mortgages - or is a fast learner!
