Job Description

Our client is a family owned business set in the construction sector, they manufacture and supply world class products used in the plumbing and drainage industry, all products are rigorously tested to meet the demands of their clients needs. The business runs with a friendly but focused ethos which has brought them much success in their 62 year history.

Main tasks and duties:

  • Manage the day to day operations within the office according to the instructions from the Office Supervisor.
  • To answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • The receiving and accurate input of orders.
  • To deal quickly and efficiently with any queries / complaints.
  • To liaise effectively with colleagues.
  • Customer service / Sales.
