Salary – £23,500
25 Days Holiday
Hours per week – 40 hours
Work on in three Saturdays – 9-12 Noon inc. in 40 hours
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in the property, estate agency industry Knowledge of the S10, S11 area Knowledge of preparing AST's and other tenancy related documents Up to date knowledge on lettings legislation Strong grasp of lettings and property management Lettings compliance eg, Tenancy Deposits / Serving of Notice
