Job Description

The duties:

  • Administration tasks including data entry and application drafting
  • Liaising with other international offices via phone and email
  • Translating company documents from English in to French
  • Liaising with various third parties and updating the status of claims
  • Handling email enquiries
  • Ad hoc tasks such as- data entry, updating records, reviewing documents

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent French is essential for this role - both written and verbal Strong communicator Experience of working in a fast paced environment Ability to manage own workload Attention to detail is crucial Additional European languages would be beneficial but not essential
