The selected individual will be responsible for providing support to the Account Managers, enabling them to provide high end to end customer service to their clients.
Duties
Responsible for processing all referrals and general administrative tasks associated
Diary management and co-ordination
Contacting clients informing them of their meeting details within the agreed timeframe
Updating clients regarding their meetings, dealing with any cancellations and queries within the agreed timeframe
Responsible for sending out various reports to clients
Scanning of documentation to the system in line with the specific client requirement
Updating and maintaining the database
Liaising with the Account Managers to keep them up to date live time
Dealing with telephone enquiries, and responding to any voicemails or messages within the agreed SLA's
Covering of reception on a rotational basis
General administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within an administrative/customer service role MS Office including Outlook and MS Word is essential Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desirable Experience with diary management, and co-ordination of various administrative tasks Strong communicator Highly organised
